Varun is a Management professional, an author, and a public speaker. He has spent the last decade reading and writing around the subject of personal development, spirituality, training, public speaking & growth consciousness as well as researching personal & professional growth hacks. His first book – “Books, ideas & You”, came out last year and this is his second book. Varun lives in Delhi along with his family but has spent a large part of his professional career in Mumbai too. He loves to read, travel, and spend time with his four-year-old daughter.
