Urja Joshi is a best-selling author, illustrator, podcaster, entrepreneur, speaker, and mental health advocate. She discovered her love for writing at age seven, using it as a form of self-expression while growing up as a shy child.

Encouraged by her parents, she began sharing her work on Instagram, eventually publishing her first book, The Ten Steps, as a teenager.
